All content and outputs are provided for informational and research purposes only and do not take into account your particular objectives, financial situation, or needs. 2. Not a broker-dealer or RIA
QuantSuite is a software provider. We are not a broker-dealer, exchange, futures commission merchant, or registered investment adviser, and using the Software does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship between you and us. When you place an order, that order is executed by your own connected broker under that broker's terms; QuantSuite is not the executing or clearing party and does not hold your funds or securities.
3. Substantial risk of loss
Trading and investing in stocks, options, futures, and other instruments involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment and, for certain leveraged or derivative products, losses that can exceed your initial deposit. Markets can move rapidly and unpredictably. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and you should understand each instrument before trading it.
4. You are responsible for your trades
Every trading and risk decision is yours. QuantSuite includes a risk kernel with a one-click kill switch that gates order paths, and it will paper- or live-trade only when you explicitly arm it — but these are tools to help you exercise control, not a guarantee of any outcome. You are responsible for configuring, monitoring, and controlling the Software, for the orders it places on your behalf, and for the consequences of those orders, including during outages, latency, connectivity problems, or software errors.
5. Performance & deflated statistics
Where QuantSuite reports performance, it aims to do so honestly — as the triplet raw Sharpe | PSR | DSR with the trial count N visible — precisely so that results are not overstated. Even so, all such figures, whether backtested, simulated, or deflated, are hypothetical or historical and have inherent limitations. They do not represent actual trading, do not account for all real-world costs and frictions, and do not guarantee or predict future results. Hypothetical results are prepared with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown.
6. AI & analytics can be wrong
The Software's on-device AI, signals, scores, and analytics are research tools built on models and data that are imperfect. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or wrong, and they can behave unexpectedly in unusual market conditions. Do not treat any AI output as a certainty or as a substitute for your own judgment and due diligence.
7. Data may be delayed or incomplete
Market and reference data displayed or used by the Software comes from third-party providers and from data feeds you connect. It may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. You should independently verify any information before relying on it to make a decision, and you should not assume prices or quotes are real-time unless your provider confirms so.
8. Broker & provider terms
You must comply with the terms, policies, and applicable regulations of every broker, exchange, and data provider you connect to the Software using your own API keys. You are responsible for provider fees, data-licensing restrictions, rate limits, and any pattern-day-trading, margin, or eligibility rules that apply to your account. Nothing in the Software overrides those requirements.
9. No warranty
The Software and all outputs are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This disclaimer is provided in addition to, and is qualified by, the warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability in our Terms of Service and EULA.
