Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 5, 2026
The short version. The QuantSuite Pro desktop application runs entirely on your machine. Its on-device AI and analytics process your data locally, and the app is built to phone home to nothing — your market data, API keys, strategies, and trades never leave your computer through us. The only place we collect personal data is the website, and only what we need to sell you a license and support you: your email, your support tickets, and your license record. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers. We do not sell your data.

This Privacy Policy explains how [legal entity name] ("QuantSuite," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with the QuantSuite website and the QuantSuite Pro desktop application (together, the "Service").

1. The on-device app collects nothing

QuantSuite Pro is a desktop application. It stores your settings, connected API keys, local databases, model files, and trade history locally on your device. Its AI runs as a local model, so the prompts and market data it processes stay on your machine. We designed the application not to transmit your personal data, trading activity, or credentials to us or any of our servers. When the app connects to your broker or a data provider, it does so directly using your own API keys — that traffic goes between your machine and that provider, not through us.

2. What the website collects

When you interact with the QuantSuite website, we may collect:

  • Purchase & account information: your email address, your subscription plan, and the license key we issue to you. This is stored in our server database so we can deliver and support your license.
  • Support ticket contents: the messages, subject, and any details you send us through support, along with your email, so we can respond and keep a support history.
  • Payment information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVC, or similar sensitive payment data.
  • Minimal server logs: standard technical information such as request timestamps and error diagnostics needed to operate and secure the website.

3. How we use information

We use the limited information above to: process your purchase and issue and validate your license; provide customer support and respond to tickets; send you essential account, billing, and security notices; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical problems; and comply with our legal obligations. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

4. Payment & service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the website, most notably Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data only as needed to perform their services and under their own privacy commitments. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe.

5. Data retention

We retain your account, license, and support records for as long as your relationship with us is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion as described in Section 7, subject to records we are required to keep.

6. We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with the service providers described above, or when required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or the CCPA/CPRA (California), including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@quantsuitepro.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. The specific legal bases and jurisdiction-specific disclosures for your region: [GDPR / CCPA specific disclosures].

8. Cookies

The website uses only minimal, essential cookies needed for core functionality (such as maintaining a session and processing a purchase). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any additional cookie details or a cookie banner for your jurisdiction: [cookie details].

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information the website holds. License keys are issued with an offline HMAC signature, and card data is isolated with Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but the design principle of the product — keep data on your device — is itself our strongest privacy protection. See our Security & Trust page for more.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

12. Contact & Data Protection
